1. Services

SRT Logistics provides international shipping and logistics services from the United States to Jamaica. We handle package forwarding, transportation, and delivery coordination.

2. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate and complete shipping information, including recipient name, address, and contact details. Customers are responsible for properly packaging items and ensuring all shipments comply with applicable laws and regulations.

3. Prohibited Items

We do not accept shipments containing illegal items, hazardous materials, firearms, drugs, perishable goods (unless approved), or any items restricted by United States or Jamaican law.

4. Customs and Duties

All shipments may be subject to customs inspections, duties, and taxes imposed by Jamaican authorities. These fees are the responsibility of the customer. SRT Logistics is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

5. Shipping Times

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather conditions, customs clearance, transportation issues, or other factors beyond our control.

6. Loss or Damage

While we take reasonable care in handling shipments, SRT Logistics is not liable for loss, damage, or delay beyond our control. Claims for lost or damaged items must be submitted within 5 days of delivery.

7. Payments and Fees

All shipping fees must be paid in full before delivery unless otherwise agreed. Additional charges may apply for overweight items, storage, or special handling.

8. Refusal of Service

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel shipments that violate our policies or applicable laws.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
